A storyteller by nature, Lucia Novara specializes in digital content. She earned a degree in journalism and public relations before taking off to live in China, study in Australia, and chase stories across Central America and Europe. She was a pioneer in the digital content industry and two-time finalist for the Fulbright-National Geographic Digital Storytelling grant. With 17 years of experience building content departments for marketing agencies, Novara specializes in creating content that delivers business results.

Her approach to creative and content development is driven by actionable analytics insights and consumer research. She strongly believes in a servant leadership approach, where her role is to enable team members to play at their highest level.

She is based in Denver, Colorado and enjoys drawing, photography, and snowboarding in her free time.
