Mariena earned her degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from the University of Louisiana. She started her marketing career in traditional marketing before making an early transition into digital marketing. She found her passion for it at a local Louisiana agency and moved to New Orleans to execute a mix of digital and traditional marketing efforts for the largest restaurant group in the area. After nearly 5 years in New Orleans, Mariena and her husband decided to relocate.

Mariena moved to Colorado in 2016 and began working at a large, regional digital marketing agency where she grew to lead the SEO enterprise accounts team. From there, she transitioned to Sling TV where she led the e-commerce team and SEO efforts. At Booyah, she brings years of digital marketing knowledge and enthusiasm for enterprise SEO.
