Shannon Mangione

I was born and raised in Northern Nevada, about thirty minutes away from Lake Tahoe. I made the move to Denver in 2017 with my husband and two dogs, and we have loved every minute of it. Together, we enjoy long walks in the park (literally though), eating pizza as much as possible, and taking Sundays very, very slow.

Something that requires no actual talent… like quoting Will Farrell movies.

What is the next thing on your bucket list
I want to visit Greece! I have a thing for Santorini’s architecture and feta cheese.

What is your biggest fear?
I don’t know about my biggest fear, but I am terrified of spiders and garbage disposals.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
“If it doesn’t bring you joy, let it go,” a quote from Marie Kondo’s book The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up. Simple but can be applied to so many areas of life!

Which of your scars has the best story behind it?
I almost cut my finger completely off while cutting a spaghetti squash. I had to have surgery to repair my tendon and nerves. The surgeon had to make two more incisions on my finger to do it, so I have a Z shaped scar on my pinky.
